Two years back, the Federal Government (FG) through the Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development made provisions for foodstuffs and other welfare packages to alleviate the effects of the pandemic (COVID-19) on Nigerians, but some states of the Federation had succeeded in keeping these palliatives for their unknown cause, BLOGARENA can confirm.
